When his nephew sends a money order from Paris, it throws the life of Ibrahim Dieng and his family into chaos. He deals with bureaucracy, greed, corruption and members of the community who are equally as invested in the money as he is.
The film captures post-colonial life in Senegal and offers a glimpse into the struggles of everyday people trying to get by.
